Select the licence type then click the next button.
Use this option if applying for either
- a responsible dog owner licence, or
- a combined responsible dog owner licence and a multiple dog owner licence, allowing you to keep more than 2 dogs on your property
On the following screens you will need to:
- Select the address at which the dog/s will be located
- Enter the name and contact details for the dog owner
- Select the licence type you are wishing to be assessed for
- Enter specific details about all dogs to be included on this licence
- Pay the licence evaluation fee
