Land Information Memorandum (LIM)

Please note lodged LIMS are non-refundable.
All LIM applications have 10 working day statutory time frames.
There is no fast-track service currently available.
If you require guidance about what category your property is (to avoid your LIM application being returned)
please contact the Property Records Team LIMS@icc.govt.nz or ring 03 2111777 and ask for the Property Records Team
prior lodging your LIM application.
