- There is no fast-track service currently available.
- If you require guidance about what category your property is (to avoid your LIM application being returned), please contact the Property Records Team LIMS@icc.govt.nz or ring 03 2111777 and ask for the Property Records Team prior to lodging your LIM application.

Property records team will send an acknowledgement for your lodged LIM application by the next working day.
Please also note that lodged LIMS are non-refundable and paid LIM fees are not transferrable.
